What You'll Learn

Our Louisiana Concealed Carry Permit Renewal Course is designed for current permit holders who need to complete the required training for renewal of their Louisiana Concealed Handgun Permit.

This course provides a refresher on firearm safety, responsible concealed carry, handgun fundamentals, Louisiana concealed-carry laws, use-of-force principles, conflict avoidance, and situational awareness. Students will also complete the applicable live-fire portion of their renewal training.

Stay informed, sharpen your skills, and continue carrying responsibly.

Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded.

What We'll Teach

Legal Use of Force

In this lesson, Michael Martin will cover important legal topics, including the laws governing the legal use of force inside and outside the home. Within this lesson, you’ll get a chance to test what you’ve learned, using several real world scenarios with you as the actor.

Additional Notes from Your Instructor

The undersigned acknowledges that the reaction to, possession of, and/or use of firearms is potentially dangerous, and involves risk of serious personal injury, death, psychological trauma, and/or other personal and financial liability. Please be advised that no firearms nor live ammunition will be allowed during our classroom session. Please keep all firearms and live ammunition in a secure location in your vehicle until it is time to head to the range.
