About Instructor Yasir: I am a long time student of Self-Defense & Fitness. I've been training in the Martial Arts since 2005. I hold the rank of Shodan (1st Degree Black Belt) in V.S.K Jujitsu and Intermediate Level 3 in the Filipino art of Kali which deals heavily in stick and knife application. I have also trained in Southern Praying Mantis kung fu and traditional Boxing.
