My Biography

I have been an FFL retailer dealer since 1993, through my business, Decatur Jewelry & Pawn. I have had a conceal carry license since 2014. In 2021, I decided to pursue becoming an firearms instructor due to the huge increase in new firearm sales. Many first-time buyers have never held or shot a firearm before and I saw a huge need to begin offering training as soon as possible. As an Illinois Conceal Carry Instructor, along with certifications through the NRA and USCCA, I am now well rounded to teach many different courses.
