This class is designed for new/beginner shooters but also a great refresher for avid shooters. A comprehensive breakdown of grip, stance and target acquisition. The remainder of the class students will be able to utilize those techniques at our outdoor range.

This Urban rifle carbine/pistol class is designed to help the shooter work on marksmanship, defensive shooting, and rifle manipulation. This fundamental course is suitable for beginners and also good as a refresher course.

This Advanced pistol at our outdoor range is designed to train on manipulating malfunctions, defensive shooting and how to move and shoot with cover and concealment.

This class is designed to help maneuver in close quarter combat situations similar to home defense scenarios. Live fire drills for this course will help draw from concealment and shoot at close range.

Rifle Manipulation focused on close quarter battles likely used in home defense situations. The course will consist of single to three-man room clearing and live fire drills.

Lesson covers the 4 universal range safety rules, stance, proper revolver & semi-automatic grip, sight alignment & picture, trigger & breath control, racking a slide, loading a magazine, clearing a semi-automatic pistol, laser & live fire drills, comparisons of the revolvers & semi-automatic pistols, common malfunctions & how to clear them, one handed shooting, situational awareness, conceal carry options.

Critical Response to Room Clearing utilizing a carbine (LE Only).
Officers must bring a vest, duty belt, and unloaded firearm.

OBJECTIVES: -Safe use of a carbine -Safe storage of a carbine -Carbine operation and accessories -Weapon inspection and maintenance -Basics on ammo selection, ballistics and zeroing -Fundamentals of marksmanship -Carbine manipulations: load, unload, and safety check -Zero at 25 yards from the bench-supported position

This class is designed to perfect your everyday carry from properly carrying your pistol, manipulating out garments, and drawing from a seated position. This class will give the shooter skills abilities, and confidence needed to carry a concealed firearm. (Must possess Illinois Conceal Carry Permit)
