What You'll Learn
Some of the subjects that will be covered during this course by the instructor will include some of the following:
- Interaction with law enforcement
- Drawing from concealment
- Grip, Stance, and Clearing of Malfunctions of firearms
- USCCA Legal Aspects of using Force and/or Lethal Force in defense of a Person, Dwelling, and Property.
- Fundamentals of Home Defense
Individuals taking this course will also be required to complete a Live Fire Target Qualification and demonstrate safe and proper handling of a firearm.
Those individuals who complete this course will be issued a certificate and that will allow the person to apply for an Illinois Concealed Carry Permit.
