Cancellation Policy: Terms of Service for C-N-C Academy, LLC. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS! However, credit may be applied towards a future class with approval by CNC Academy. No-show will forfeit the tuition paid. No rescheduling will be allowed. Cancellations must be made by phone, text, or Email: cs@c-n-cacademy.com; Text / Phone#: 630-334-5157. All cancellations require at least 7 days’ notice. Students who cancel will be given tuition credit to reschedule the class at another scheduled time. Cancellations requested with less than 7 Days’ notice may result in forfeiture of the class tuition. Don’t hesitate to contact us in an emergency beyond your control. With proper cancelation notification, it may be possible to reschedule the class to a later date – when in agreement with C-N-C Academy, a rescheduling fee of $25 will be charged. Cancellations must be made by Email, text, or phone. C-N-C Academy, LLC. Reserves the right to reschedule any class due to severe weather, insufficient minimum registration, or other reasons determined by C-N-C Academy. If a class is canceled, students can reschedule for a later date, depending on availability. Students who wish not to reschedule will be refunded if cancellation is due to C-N-C Academy’s determination other than the weather. All classes require a minimum of 4 participants. If you register for a class that does not meet this minimum number of participants within 2 days before the course date, C-N-C Academy, LLC. Reserves the right to cancel/ reschedule the course. Students will be allowed to reschedule to a future scheduled date. If a future class is not available, refunds may be given.
