Course Description
The Illinois Concealed Carry License (CCL) Renewal Course is a state-mandated 3-hour training class designed for current CCL holders who need to renew their license. This course provides a comprehensive review of essential firearm safety principles, updates on Illinois firearm laws, and the required live-fire qualification needed for license renewal.
Through instructor-led classroom instruction and hands-on range time, students will refresh their skills and ensure they remain compliant with all Illinois legal requirements for carrying a concealed firearm.
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded.

This course is a complete guide to understanding the basics of firearms ownership, safety, and nomenclature, and how it applies to home- or self-defense. After this class, students will feel confident to act as their family’s first line of defense in the event of a home invasion or other critical incident.

Live-Fire Qualification Illinois law requires all renewal students to complete and pass a shooting qualification consisting of: 30 rounds fired at a B-27 silhouette 10 rounds at 5 yards 10 rounds at 7 yards 10 rounds at 10 yards 70% minimum score (21 hits)
