What You'll Learn
This class is held at Illinois State Rifle Association.
You will learn the fundamentals of defensive engagement and several drills related to defensive shooting. This will include magazine management and acquiring your target while moving and shooting.
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 72 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a refund minus fees assessed to us. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded.
What We'll Teach
Defensive Shooting Fundamentals
This lesson will continue with the basics, including a very visual overview of what we call the “building blocks” or the fundamentals for accurate and safe shooting. Within this lesson, Michael Martin will explain the differences between the skills required for being a good “marksman” at the range, and the skills that might be required to save your life if you are ever the subject of a violent attack.
