What You'll Learn
New to handguns? Start here.
This course is built for first-time and beginning shooters. No experience needed, no assumptions made, and no one gets left behind. We start at the very beginning — safe handling, how the firearm works, and how to be comfortable and confident with one in your hands.
From there we build the four fundamentals that every accurate shot depends on: stance, grip, sight picture, and trigger press. We don't just tell you what to do. We explain why it works, demonstrate each skill up close, and then walk you through it step by step on the range until it feels natural.
You'll shoot in a controlled, patient, judgment-free environment with an instructor who has 23 years of law enforcement and military experience behind every explanation. Nervous students are welcome — most of ours start out that way.
Who should attend: Anyone who has never fired a handgun, anyone returning after years away, and anyone who owns a firearm but has never been properly trained on it.
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded.
What We'll Teach
Marksmanship Simplified Lesson 1
Marksmanship Simplified Lesson 1 introduces the new shooter to the fundamentals of marksmanship. New shooters will build familiarity and confidence, as all skills are taught in isolation to allow for maximum attention to be applied to the mechanics of shooting, rather than the context.

Course cost includes the $15 range fee. This is an outdoor range so be mindful of the weather.
