Concealed Carry and Home Defense Fundamentals is a comprehensive classroom course for anyone considering owning or carrying a firearm for self-defense. If you are new to handguns, this is a great introduction to everything you need to know to start your self-protection journey.
This course is a complete guide to understanding the basics of firearms ownership, safety, and nomenclature, and how it applies to home- or self-defense. After this class, students will feel confident to act as their family’s first line of defense in the event of a home invasion or other critical incident.
Additional Notes from Your Instructor
“The Art of Concealed Carry” class requires that the participant has successfully completed a formal basic Handgun class from a certified firearms instructor. Students will be expected to know and effectively demonstrate the universal safety fundamentals. In order to keep up with the material and the course of fire on the range participant will need to have good marksmanship fundamentals. This class is not designed for individuals that have never fired a firearm. If you are brand new to firearms and have not taken a basic handgun class please consider taking our, “Getting To Know A Handgun and How To Use It” Class before registering for the concealed carry class. The Getting To Know A Handgun class will develop the skill, Confidence and Proficiency the individual needs to accept the challenges of our “Art Of Concealed Carry” class. This is not a prerequisite but is strongly suggested.
