What You'll Learn
(FREE $30.00 Book) The Basic Pistol Shooting course is intended for all individuals regardless of shooting experience, taking place in a classroom and range environment. This course will be about 5 hours (5-hours classroom 2-hour range). You will learn: gun safety, proper operation of revolvers and semi-automatic pistols, ammunition knowledge and selection, pistol selection and storage, shooting fundamentals, defensive marksmanship, and range safety. Additionally, students will complete live fire training and complete shooting qualifications while at the range with a Certified Instructor. This class is limited to 4 people, small class size allows instructor to give each individual the attention they deserve. If you do not own a firearm yet, let us know and we’ll arrange for a loaner. Student will furnish their own ammunition or you can purchase it from us.
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded. Fee's can be applied to a future class. Contact ACT for additional class scheduling or assistance, if needed.

Your instructor is a retired SLPD Tactical Team Leader (SWAT). Certified NRA and USCCA Instructor. Instructor has over 40 years of teaching and shooting experience.
