What You'll Learn
This class is designed for women of all walks of life — including moms, students, teachers, professionals, and anyone curious about firearms. No prior experience is required. Created as a supportive, women-only space, this course is about empowerment, confidence, and community — a true girls’ day where women learn, grow, and support one another. Whether you’re interested in owning a firearm or simply want to feel more comfortable and confident around one, this class provides a judgment-free environment focused on education and encouragement. Participants will learn proper firearm safety and handling, basic shooting fundamentals, and will have the opportunity to participate in live range time, including firing a firearm under guided instruction — all at a pace that feels comfortable and empowering.
Cancellation Policy: Students may cancel and reschedule their class one (1) time, provided notice is given at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled class. All registrations are non-refundable; however, eligible cancellations will be honored as a one-time reschedule only. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled class are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Concealed Carry and Home Defense Fundamentals is a comprehensive classroom course for anyone considering owning or carrying a firearm for self-defense. If you are new to handguns, this is a great introduction to everything you need to know to start your self-protection journey.
This course is a complete guide to understanding the basics of firearms ownership, safety, and nomenclature, and how it applies to home- or self-defense. After this class, students will feel confident to act as their family’s first line of defense in the event of a home invasion or other critical incident.
Additional Notes from Your Instructor
The class fee includes the use of eye and ear protection, a target, ammunition, and firearm rental. Students may bring their own firearm, provided it is unloaded and secured in a holster or case upon arrival. Additional ammunition will be available for purchase on the day of the class. ⚠️ IMPORTANT – MUST READ BEFORE SIGNING UP ⚠️ : LIVE RANGE TIME IS BY SCHEDULED SLOT ONLY (APPROX. 30 MINUTES PER SLOT) WITH A MAXIMUM OF 2 STUDENTS ON THE RANGE AT A TIME.
