Sanfa Johnson is a guardian by trade and a teacher by calling. As the founder of C22 Training Solutions LLC, he has dedicated his life to a singular mission: equipping others with the discipline, skill, and spiritual fortitude required to protect what matters most.
A Legacy of Service: Sanfa’s expertise is forged in over 32 years of elite military service. His journey began in the grueling ranks of the United States Marine Corps as an 0311 Infantry Rifleman, where he mastered the fundamentals of combat and resilience. He later transitioned to the U.S. Army Special Forces, ascending to the prestigious rank of 18Z Special Forces Operations Sergeant. Leading an Operational Detachment Alpha (ODA), Sanfa operated at the highest levels of mission planning, high-stakes weaponry, and team leadership—experiences that now serve as the bedrock of his instructional philosophy.
The Practical Edge: Today, Sanfa continues his service on the front lines as a Law Enforcement Officer. This active role ensures his curriculum remains grounded in modern defensive realities and legal considerations. Whether he is advising on church security development or providing private tactical instruction, Sanfa bridges the gap between battlefield expertise and civilian safety, offering training that is as practical as it is profound.
