What We'll Teach

Florida Concealed Carry & Home Defense Fundamentals

In this course you will learn about the main topics pertaining to the carrying of handguns in the state of Florida. The overall objective of this course is to educate students on the responsibilities and laws applicable to handgun license holders. Before attending the in-person class, you must complete the assigned eLearning accessible through your USCCA dashboard.

Additional Notes from Your Instructor

This is an online class that you will need to complete. Once completed, you will have a certificate that you must bring to the live fire portion. You must complete the Live Fire portion of this class to have a certificate you can present to the State of Florida for your concealed weapons Permit. You will be responsible for the Range Fee (approximately $21.00). You will also be accountable for all Permit fees The Fee breakdown to the State of Florida is: $97.00, including fingerprinting at a Florida Department of Agriculture office. I provide instructions on setting your appointment during the live fire portion of this class.
