Our Approach

BRSG LLC focuses on preparing individuals and organizations to recognize threats, make informed decisions, and respond appropriately before, during, and after a critical incident.

Our instructors emphasize the importance of understanding when and how to respond to both potentially violent and non-violent situations. Training incorporates appropriate escalation and de-escalation tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), with an emphasis on sound judgment, communication, awareness, and responsible decision-making.

We believe effective preparedness extends beyond physical skills. Participants are taught how to assess their surroundings, identify potential hazards, collect and evaluate relevant information, develop an appropriate Plan of Action (POA), establish communication procedures, coordinate personnel and resources, and adapt as circumstances change.
