What You'll Learn

Course Fee The total cost for the class is $500. A deposit of $100 is due upon registration, with the remaining balance of $400 payable in cash on the day of the course.

Course Details:
The course, classroom instruction will be held at Delta Arsenal 342 Quinnipiac Street, Wallingford , Connecticut. The live fire exercises, will be held at "Delta Arsenal". This 18-hour course meets the requirements set by New York City for applying for a NYC Resident, NY State or Non-Resident Concealed Carry License. All necessary documentation will be provided for submission to the NYPD portal. We will complete the 17 page application in class.

Topics covered in the NYS/DCJS-approved CCW course:

  • Firearm safety fundamentals
  • Safe storage and transport
  • New York State firearm laws, including CCIA/penal law basics
  • Use of force/legal responsibilities
  • Situational awareness and de-escalation
  • Conflict management
  • Live-fire shooting skills and safe handling
  • The live-fire portion includes supervised range work and a proficiency test.

Completing the CCW training does not guarantee approval — it only fulfills the training requirement. Licensing officers still make discretionary decisions.

Cancellation Policy: The listed price is just the deposit that is used to secure each student's spot. The remaining balance is always due in class. To help our students, we never charge full payment upfront. The deposit is NOT refundable and NOT transferable unless the student notifies the instructor 7-days prior to the scheduled course date. No deposit will be transferable after 12-months from the original course date.
