COLORADO FIREARMS SAFETY COURSE (BROOMFIELD)

The Colorado Firearms Safety Course provides the education and practical safety training required for individuals seeking a Colorado Firearms Safety Course Eligibility Card under Colorado law.

This comprehensive course goes beyond simply meeting a requirement. It is designed to help students develop the knowledge, judgment, and responsible habits necessary to safely purchase, possess, transport, store, and operate certain semiautomatic firearms.

Students receive professional instruction in:

• Safe transportation of firearms
• Child access prevention and secure storage practices
• Colorado firearm laws and legal responsibilities

Students will also complete the state-required written examination during the course.
