My Biography

Justin Peters is an Instructor Development Specialist with the USCCA who is passionate about helping instructors grow, lead, and make a lasting impact in their communities. He holds a degree in Criminal Justice, competes in IDPA, and was one of the lead contributors in developing the USCCA’s AR-15 Fundamentals curriculum. Justin brings both professional expertise and personal dedication to his work, driven by his commitment to responsible self-defense and community values. He is a proud husband and father of two.

    "The class is amazing!!!! Putting the e-learning to live fire you get a better understanding of the total curriculum and what it is built to do for a end user having taken the class as a end user the class will open your eyes and mindset to survive a defensive attack encounter. The instructors did an exceptional job on the delivery and execution of the curriculum I would advise any instructor that wants to take this curriculum go in with an open mind you will not regret it.     "This class was very well organized, starting with the prerequisite online training videos and study materials. The repeated reminders that studying and range preparation were vital to passing this class. Steve Hendricks and Justin Peters were top-notch professional trainers. They made the class challenging, enjoyable, and a comfortable environment in which to learn.
