What You'll Learn
LEOSA/HR-218 Firearms Qualification for Retired Officers
We are proud to support our retired and separated law enforcement brothers and sisters by offering LEOSA annual qualifications. Our POST Certified Rangemaster, California DOJ CCW, USCCA, and NRA-certified instructor provides a streamlined process to help you meet the requirements of the Law Enforcement Officer Safety Act of 2004 and the Improvements Act of 2010.
Qualification Details:
Documentation: Upon passing, you will receive a Weapons Qualification Card. When paired with your LEOSA ID, this serves as legal proof of qualification within the last 12 months.
Standards: When supplied by the retired/separated LEO, we can utilize your specific agency’s course of fire or the California POST State standards detailed below.
Qualification Course of Fire: 36 rounds total on an NRA B-27 target (12 rounds each at 3, 7, and 15 yards). A minimum score of 29 hits in the 7-ring overall is required to pass the qualification.
This course is only open to eligible retired or separated Law Enforcement Officers.
