What You'll Learn
This is an introduction to handguns class. This class is beginner and lady friendly. If you don't know where to start this is the class for you.
You will learn: Handgun considerations, Loading and Unloading, Proper Stance, Proper Grip, Sight Alignment, Sight Picture, Presentation to the target.
This class is to introduce you to and teach you how to manipulate your existing gun. Owning a handgun is not necessary. If you do not own a handgun, please call me to discuss your options. If you own a handgun, bring it. Do NOT bring any ammunition. Any questions please call me prior to class. I want your experience to be a good one. Please bring a pen and paper to take notes.
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 96 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 96 hours before the class will not be refunded.
What We'll Teach
Self-Defense Firearms Basics
This lesson will introduce you to a wealth of information on different types of self-defense firearms including handguns, home defense shotguns, and the AR-15 platform, where Michael Martin provides easy to understand explanations of the common terms used so frequently. The goal of this lesson is to de-mystify what can sometimes feel like a topic reserved for experts.
