Paul Davis graduated top of his class from The Riverside Sheriffs Academy in 2009. He then moved over to The Redlands Police Department. He worked patrol for two years before being selected to the Multiple Enforcement Team (MET) for the next three years. This is a county wide gang team that was partnered with the San Bernardino Movement Against Street Hoodlums (SMASH).

Paul Davis graduated from SWAT School from the Riverside County Sheriff's Department in 2015. He then went on to graduate from Sniper School from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department. During his 9 years on the SWAT Team, he was a certified Master Glock Armorer along with Sig Sauer, AR-15, M16, Shotgun. Paul Davis is a certified California POST Range Master in multiple disciplines, including Red Dot, Patrol Rifle and Less Lethal Munitions. He is a certified POST Gas Instructor. He has trained with military members such as Green Beret Sniper Mike Glover (Field Craft Survival), Retired Navy Seal Mike Sarraille and Firearms Instructor Mark Ackenback (First Defense).
