Based on Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) principles

Aligned with National TEMS Competency Domains

This ensures students receive current, nationally recognized tactical medical training that meets modern operational standards.

Three Phases of Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC)

TECC training follows a proven framework used in real-world incidents:

Hot Zone (Direct Threat Care): Immediate lifesaving interventions under active threat

Warm Zone (Indirect Threat Care): Continued treatment when the threat is reduced but still present

Cold Zone (Evacuation Care): Ongoing care during casualty extraction and transport

This phased approach teaches responders to prioritize care while maintaining situational awareness in dynamic environments.

This hands-on course includes scenario-based training, skill stations, and realistic simulations focused on high-performance trauma care:

Hemorrhage control and bleeding management

NAEMT TECC Provider Certification (valid for 4 years)

16 Hours of Continuing Education (CE) Credits

What We'll Teach

Emergency First Aid Fundamentals

U.S. Concealed Carry Association Training is the nation’s leading firearms training and education resource, but that isn’t all we offer. We focus on learning that makes you a more responsible American and a protector of your family in any scenario. That’s why we created Emergency First Aid Fundamentals.

If you’re ready to become your family’s first responder in an emergency situation, like a car accident, serious fall, gunshot wound, or other medical emergencies, this training cannot be missed.

During this training, you’ll do more than simply sit in a classroom learning about these topics. Your USCCA instructor will work you through a dozen real-world scenarios using simulated patients and the actual products (or field expedients) that you’ll need to understand if you hope to save a life.

Lessons include:

  • Patient assessment
  • Traumatic emergencies
  • Medical emergencies
