Kevin Lewis is the former Director of Training for Covered 6. Kevin is the owner/operator of Krav Maga Hawaii he personifies the philosophy that the best teachers are lifelong learners. From martial arts to defensive driving to tactical weapons training to survival training to functional fitness to yoga, Kevin is forever the eager student. Kevin, a Navy veteran, with security and anti-terrorism training, is known in professional circles as a trainer’s trainer. Mr. Lewis is known one of the world’s top instructors for military & private sector security teams and as an expert in the instruction of defensive tactics. His private training roster reads like a “who’s who” list, encompassing many prominent directors, writers, actors and business people. He has prepared many “A” list celebrities for action roles in over 20 major motion pictures. Mr. Lewis has worked in all aspects of the security field including Executive Protection, Celebrity Protection, High & Low Profile operations. He’s a 3rd degree black belt in Krav Maga, a 1st Degree in Shudo-Kan Karate and a 2010 Martial Arts Masters Hall of Fame inductee. “Growth, education and training must never end or complacency will set in.
