My Biography

Joe is an NRA certified Pistol and Shotgun Instructor and is certified to teach NRA Personal Protection Inside the Home and Refuse to Be a Victim courses. He is a USCCA Certified Pistol Instructor as well as a POST Certified CCW Tactics Instructor. Joe is certified by Ca DOJ as a CCW Instructor and is authorized by the San Diego Sheriff's Office to teach CCW Qualification classes in San Diego County.

In addition, Joe maintained an active EMT certification in San Diego County for 25 years. He was also a Ski Patroller at Bear Mountain for 12 years serving as the candidate training director for three years. and was a member of San Diego Mountain Rescue Team for 12 years where he served on the board and managed the new candidate training program.
