A CCW Prep Live Fire Class gives you the edge before your qualification test by building real confidence, safe gun handling, and consistent shooting skills under live-fire conditions. Instead of guessing your way through the test, you arrive prepared, focused, and ready to qualify the first time. It reduces stress, improves accuracy, and turns basic familiarity into real CCW-ready performance.
Who is this for: those seeking their initial and renewal CCW permits.
This is not a renewal or initial CCW course; it is a preparatory class to get you ready for the 8-hour renewal or 16-hour initial course.
Fix all your mistakes here before your CCW class.
We will review the International Safety Rules and Basic pistol fundamentals on how to handle a loaded firearm safely. We will do a safety briefing at the range and cover range rules. When transporting your firearm to the range, be sure it is in a locked case, unloaded, with the slide locked back. At the command of the instructor, he will give you instructions on when to remove your firearm.
This is not a beginner's class. You should be able to handle and manipulate your gun (lock the slide back, fix malfunctions, you should be able to field break down your firearm if a malfunction occurs, etc), and you should be 100% familiar with gun safety. You should be able to hit a target out to 7 yards, 10 yards, and 15 yards.
Be sure of your date; no refunds.
The range fee is $20.00
