Antonio Cortez brings extensive law enforcement and operational leadership experience to OC Protection Services. He began his public safety career with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department before continuing his service with the San Diego Sheriff’s Department, further expanding his expertise in public safety, security operations, and leadership.

Antonio currently serves as a Reserve Police Officer II with the West Covina Police Department, where he continues his commitment to protecting and serving the community while upholding the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.

As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of OC Protection Services (PPO #121437), Antonio oversees the company’s daily operations, personnel management, training programs, client relations, quality assurance, and strategic growth initiatives. His leadership has been instrumental in establishing the company as a trusted provider of professional security services throughout California.

Antonio is a certified California Department of Justice (DOJ) Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) USCCA CCW Instructor and a BSIS Firearms Instructor with extensive experience in security training, operational planning, risk assessment, personnel development, and technology-driven security solutions.
