What You'll Learn
This is Day 2 of your two-day 16-hour CA CCW Class or your 8-hour Renewal Class.
Your Range Fee covers the rental of eye and ear protection.
Your Range Fee covers your qualification target.
You will be able to purchase ammo before going into the range for your qualification, but not after coming off the range.
You will be expected to be on time for the time you choose. So be early.
Itinerary:
- Grade the written test together.
- Go over range safety rules.
- Go over the course of fire.
- Go on the range to complete the course of fire.
- Put all equipment back in your vehicle once qualification is complete.
After qualifying, you will travel just down the street to our Aegis Authority Training Center to obtain your certificates and upload them to your online application. The address for the Training Center is: 3401 Centre Lake Dr., Suite #255, Ontario, CA 91761
Cancellation Policy: You may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund, up to 72 hours before the date and time of the event. Cancellations between 25-72 hours before the event may be transferred to a different date/time of the same class. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the class date/time may not receive a refund or a transfer. When you register for a class, you agree to these terms.
What We'll Teach
Self-Defense Firearms Basics
This lesson will introduce you to a wealth of information on different types of self-defense firearms including handguns, home defense shotguns, and the AR-15 platform, where Michael Martin provides easy to understand explanations of the common terms used so frequently. The goal of this lesson is to de-mystify what can sometimes feel like a topic reserved for experts.
