What You'll Learn
Court-Ordered Firearms Safety Course is a specialized, non-live-fire educational program designed to meet judicial and legal requirements for court-mandated firearms safety training.
Held in conjunction with our California State Certified Concealed Carry Course, this classroom-only seminar delivers an intensive, comprehensive overview of firearms safety, legal responsibilities, and safe handling mechanics.
Satisfactory completion of this course provides you with an official, nationally recognized training certificate that you can present directly to the court as definitive evidence of compliance.
What You Will Cover
The Core Rules of Gun Safety: Deep reinforcement of mandatory safe-handling principles to ensure absolute safety in any environment.
California Firearm Laws & Compliance: Essential instruction covering the legalities of firearm ownership, transit, storage, and the strict boundaries regarding the use of force.
Home Safety & Secure Storage: Best practices for utilizing locks, lockboxes, and gun safes to completely prevent unauthorized access.
Firearm Mechanics & Operation: A full breakdown of how modern handguns and long guns function, including clearing spaces and identifying components.
FSC & CCW Academic Curricula: This course covers all educational topics required for both the California Firearm Safety Certificate (FSC) and the California Concealed Carry Class (CCW).
Program Logistics & Parameters
No Live Fire: This is a strictly classroom-based, academic seminar. There is no live-fire shooting requirement, and ammunition is not allowed in the classroom space, making it accessible for all compliance needs.
Official Verification: Upon finishing the course, you will receive a formal, certified training certificate documenting your attendance and performance to satisfy your legal record requirements.
Cancellation Policy: You may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund, up to 72 hours before the date and time of the event. Cancellations between 25-72 hours before the event may be transferred to a different date/time of the same class. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the class date/time may not receive a refund or a transfer. When you register for a class, you agree to these terms.
