What You'll Learn
The Shotgun Fundamentals training will take place in classroom at 360 Defensor. Please bring a pen and notebook, and your home defense or hunting shotgun if you own it, but leave your ammo at home.
We will have a few shotguns for those that don’t own any.
No live ammunition in this class!
We have included a lot of information as well as various drills into this class to give you the necessary knowledge and skills. After this class you will be knowledgeable and confident with handling your shotgun. This class is also designed to teach you fundamentals that will prepare you for the next level class that will be take place at the range with live fire drills.
Our primary instructor is former Military and Law Enforcement. He is a certified Law Enforcement firearms instructor with experience as a rifleman and shotgun handler with his former agency.
You will need:
• A pump action or semi-automatic shotgun. Note: A limited number of shotguns will be available at the class for familiarization and demonstration purposes, and in case a student attending the class doesn’t own one.
• Shotgun Cleaning Kit is recommended but not required.
• Small note book and pen / pencil (and back-up pen or pencil) to take notes.
• Please wear comfortable clothes as you will have hands-on practice of the shotgun handling.
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 72 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a refund. Stripe payment processing fee (2.9% + 0.30 cents) will be deducted from the original amount paid for the class. Classes cancelled less than 72 hours before the class will not be refunded.
