I owned and shot a gun a lot when my Dad was alive, but after he died I just quit shooting - the fun had disappeared. So when I won a gun from USCCA a few years ago (surprise!!) I was way older, hadn’t handled a gun in many years and, to be truthful, have been kind of timid about getting back into shooting. I mean I know all the head stuff about handling a gun - that never goes away - but, actually going and firing the gun has been a long, slow process! I’ve asked numerous members of my extended family but it seems like the younger ones are all too busy these days lol. The older ones - too lazy I guess! I’m glad none of them will be reading this! 😇. Anyway, like I said it has been slow getting back into it, but I’m doing everything right and in order. Happy hunting!

I have recently renewed my CC authorization with the County Sheriff good for another 5 years. Seems like I am inundated with material from USCCA over email. Magazine is a good thing that I go through when it comes in the mail.

From just taking one class i feel every gun owner should take a class or classes wether they own a hand gun or a shotgun because if by taking a class dose not open your eyes to what can and will happen afterwards then they should not own one just my opinion

I joined the USCCA years ago due to their volume of training available. I was especially drawn to the video series they produce, which simulate real life scenarios which could affect anyone.

Every time I have a question and call, the representative I am speaking with is always Pleasant and friendly and answers my questions.
