Tim Schmidt’s Take On New Gun Legislation In Missouri

Tim Joins Ed Martin To Discuss Missouri Legislation Allowing Concealed Carry On Public Transportation Throughout The State

February 5th, 2019

West Bend, WI — President and Founder of the United States Concealed Carry Association (USCCA) Tim Schmidt joined host Ed Martin on 1380 AM The Answer to discuss new legislation in Missouri to allow concealed carry on the MetroLink and any other means of public transportation in the state (except Amtrak).

Two bills have also been filed in the state legislature that would repeal gun-free zones as well.

Tim Schmidt applauded the bill, claiming that allowing responsibly armed citizens to carry in “gun-free zones” will end mass shootings.

From the Interview:

Schmidt said, “Bill HB258 is going to make it easier for responsible citizens in Missouri to carry in places like schools, universities, churches…and that is where mass shootings occur, so this bill makes crystal clear sense.”
