Milwaukee Business Journal Surveys Nearly 160 Companies, Awards Delta Defense First Place

WEST BEND, WI – Recently recognized by Inc.com Magazine as one of America’s fastest growing companies, Delta Defense, LLC, headquartered in West Bend, is also being recognized as one of the best places to work in Wisconsin.  The Milwaukee Business Journal announced that Delta Defense won first place in its “2016 Best Place to Work” category (Medium sized employers 50-99).

Nearly 160 Milwaukee-area firms were nominated for the awards, with winners determined by employee surveys compiled and scored by Quantum Workplace of Omaha, NE.  Each company that was nominated was ranked according to the 10 core areas of engagement: teamwork, retention, alignment with goals, trust with co-workers, individual contribution, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, job satisfaction and benefits.

Delta Defense provides sales, marketing and IT administrative services to the United States Concealed Carry Association and publishes Concealed Carry Magazine.
