Cancellation Policy: Payments are non-refundable. If a student is unable to keep a planned appointment, it can be rescheduled (twice) within 2 months of the original appointment, after which time the payment is forfeited. Any requests to reschedule must be received at least 48 hours prior to the appointment start, or payment will be forfeited. No-shows will not be rescheduled. For larger/open group events (e.g., Virginia Concealed Carry courses), classes with 3 or less students registered may be cancelled; payment already submitted will be credited for future course session or applied towards other training.

Concealed Carry and Home Defense Fundamentals is a comprehensive classroom course for anyone considering owning or carrying a firearm for self-defense. If you are new to handguns, this is a great introduction to everything you need to know to start your self-protection journey.
This course is a complete guide to understanding the basics of firearms ownership, safety, and nomenclature, and how it applies to home- or self-defense. After this class, students will feel confident to act as their family’s first line of defense in the event of a home invasion or other critical incident.
Additional Notes from Your Instructor
Training eligibility Legal: In accordance with state and federal laws, we will provide training to anyone, with the exception of those who have legally lost their right to possess, own, or handle firearms (e.g., those with felony conviction, fugitives from justice, committed to mental institution, unlawful user of controlled substance, dishonorably discharged from Armed Forces, convicted of Domestic Violence, subject to restraining order for harassment, stalking, etc). Additionally, Federal Law requires all participants receiving formal firearm training to be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident. Age Restrictions: All shooters under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Release and Waiver All students must complete our Release and Waiver, even if the course is a non-firing course. A form of Photo ID, such as a driver’s license, must be presented.
