What You'll Learn
Join us to learn the FlexCCarry approach to "off-body carry" - the positive flexible approach to carry concealed other than in a waistband holster. We know you carry in a purse, bag, backpack, waistpack, etc., so why not learn how the right gear, proper knowledge and hands-on experience will give you the confidence to carry off-body in your preferred Daily Go Bag (DGB)!
Bring your Daily Go Bag with you to class, or you can borrow one of ours before you invest in a quality DGB. By the end of the class, you will know what to look for in a quality DGB that fits you and your gear, different holsters that will work with your DGB, and how to set up your holster in the bag to create a smooth, efficient draw. You will have an opportunity to practice what you learn using laser simulation training modules.
Attendees will also receive a copy of Vicki Farnam's FlexCCarry Solutions book (sold on Amazon for $24.95)!
Cancellation Policy: If you cannot attend the class, we will make every effort to reschedule you in an upcoming class. Our policy is no refunds due to the expenses that we incur to reserve and rent our classroom space. Extenuating circumstances will be reviewed, and we will determine if a refund is possible.
What We'll Teach
Concealed Carry & Home Defense Fundamentals with Simulations
This real-world self-defense scenario training is designed to improve your mindset and skills, regardless of experience level or background, in a safe and controlled environment. You can practice making split-second decisions, which will help you to understand the legal use of force. This is one of the most practical and effective ways to recognize when — or if — the use of deadly force is justified. Test your knowledge and learn from realistic situations that you could encounter in your daily life. Simulation training scenarios activate students’ mental and physical responses to mimic real self-defense scenarios, giving you a deeper understanding of how you’ll react under pressure.
Additional Notes from Your Instructor
Bring your unloaded, cleared firearm in a case. Please remove all ammo from your gun, spare magazines and range bag. NO AMMO IS PERMITTED IN THE CLASSROOM! If you are a beginner, please contact us regarding the class. Ideally, anyone attending this class should have completed a basic firearm safely class and have familiarity with holster draw mechanics. If you're not sure whether you're ready for the class - contact us - we can schedule a beginner level class that includes firearm safety or add you to one of our intro classes before taking the purse carry class.
