Cancellation Policy: Cancellation & Refund Policy for Firearms Instruction At Texas Guns, Inc., Firearms Training, class sizes are intentionally kept small to ensure safety, personal attention, and a quality learning experience for every student. Because of this, last-minute cancellations impact not only the instructor’s time but also other students who may have wanted to attend. Student Cancellations: • Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to class will receive a full refund or may transfer to a future class date (subject to availability). • Cancellations made within 72 hours of class are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future class at the instructor’s discretion. • No-shows forfeit all fees. Instructor Cancellations: • In the rare event that the class is cancelled by the instructor (due to weather, range conditions, or unforeseen circumstances), students will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling to a future class. Rescheduling: We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, please contact me directly as soon as possible.
