Cancellation Policy: CLASS CANCELLATION, TRANSFER & REFUND POLICY ALL CLASS SALES ARE FINAL. Sendero Shooting Sports does not issue cash, credit card, or other monetary refunds for classes, training programs, or instructional services purchased. Class Transfers: Each student is permitted one (1) complimentary class transfer per class purchased. A transfer allows the student to move their registration to another available class of equal or lesser value. All transfer or rescheduling requests must be made at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled start time of the original class. Once a student has used their one complimentary transfer, no additional transfers or rescheduling will be authorized for that purchase. If the student is unable to attend the rescheduled class, they must purchase a new class registration. Requests Within 48 Hours / No-Shows: Transfer or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled class are not eligible for the complimentary transfer and will normally result in forfeiture of the class registration. Students who fail to attend a scheduled class without an approved transfer will be considered a no-show, and the registration fee will be forfeited. Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the instructor and/or Sendero Shooting Sports management. Approval of an exception in one circumstance does not guarantee or establish an exception for future registrations. Class Credit: When approved by Sendero Shooting Sports, a class registration may be transferred or credited toward another class of equal or lesser value. Any difference in value is non-refundable unless otherwise specifically authorized by Sendero Shooting Sports. Sendero Shooting Sports reserves the right to approve, deny, or modify any transfer, class change, or exception consistent with this policy.
