What You'll Learn

The USCCA (US Concealed Carry Association) Basic Handgun course is designed to provide individuals with a comprehensive introduction to safe handgun handling, operation, and shooting fundamentals. It is suitable for both beginners and those looking to refresh their skills. It typically covers gun safety rules, proper operation of different handgun types, ammunition knowledge, shooting fundamentals, and range safety.

If you are new to handguns, this is a great introduction to everything you need to know to start your self-protection journey. This course is a complete guide to understanding the basics of firearms ownership, safety, and nomenclature, and how it applies to home or self-defense. After this class, students will feel confident to safely and effectively operate a handgun.

Cancellation Policy: If a student must cancel, paid tuition may be credited to a future class (the same or a different one) if at least 48 hours notice of cancellation is provided (except under emergency or exigent circumstances 48 hours notice is not required).
