What You'll Learn
This "Defensive Shooting" style course takes place all on the range. With safety at the forefront, the course will bring a real world perspective and involving the participants to take part in some dynamic drills and various light physical movements while engaging their firearm around others.
Cancellation Policy: Black Tie Protocol Firearms Classes Refund and Cancellation Policy. Due to the limited number of spots available, transaction fees, the materials required, and the reservation of range time and/or classroom space, Black Tie Protocol has implemented the following Refund and Cancellation Policy (hereinafter “policy"). STATE ELIGIBILITY: Black Tie Protocol, is not responsible, nor obligated, to determine your eligibility to be issued a Texas or Utah License To Carry. You must verify your own eligibility status to take this course and be issued a State of Texas and or Utah License to Carry. STUDENT CANCELLATIONS: 1. More than 7 days from class, participant will get a full refund. 2. Less than or equal to 7 days, but greater than 3 days from class, participant will have credit for a future class of the same level of instruction with Black Tie Protocol. Classes can not be gifted or transferred to others. 3. Three days or less NO REFUND. BLACK TIE PROTOCOL CANCELLATIONS: All attempts will be made by Black Tie Protocol to conduct training. In the highly unlikely circumstance that Black Tie Protocol has to cancel, the participants will be emailed immediately and a new date will be issued. Legal Use of Force
In this lesson, Michael Martin will cover important legal topics, including the laws governing the legal use of force inside and outside the home. Within this lesson, you’ll get a chance to test what you’ve learned, using several real world scenarios with you as the actor.

PLEASE - No 80% guns, No collapsable holsters, No reloaded ammo (other than manufacture reloads), please dress for the weather and for the indoor range. There will be a 30 - 45 minute lunch break. You can bring something or quickly grab something nearby.
