"Delmarva Defense LLC This was such an informative class today! I finally learned the proper way to stop a bleed which included how to apply a tourniquet. I also received my Heartsaver, First aid, CPR and AED card with this training through the American Heart Association. It was great to work with an AED and the monitored CPR training manikins. We reviewed the proper supplies to build our own families First Aid Kit too! I feel well prepared after our trainer Dave explained it all and did a lots of hands on training!! Everyone needs to make the time to take this class to be prepared for life’s unexpected emergencies!!"
