Resolution Tactics is proud to host Command Presence Training for a full-day, instructor-led de-escalation course designed specifically for law enforcement and public safety professionals.

De-escalation has become one of the most discussed topics in modern policing, yet it is often misunderstood by both the public and practitioners. This evidence-informed course moves beyond buzzwords and political rhetoric to provide practical tools that help officers and public safety professionals achieve the best possible outcomes during difficult encounters.

This special training event brings Command Presence Training to Mason, Ohio, giving local and regional agencies access to nationally respected instruction without the expense of long-distance travel. Through guided discussion, practical exercises, and real-world application, participants will gain valuable skills for communicating effectively, managing stress, and responding to individuals in crisis.
