Paul Williams

Owner & instructor Paul Williams started Cross Caliber Training as a way to encourage friends and loved ones in the proper, safe, and effective methods of concealed carry. He has a passion for continually learning about the ever-changing laws, techniques, gear, and case-studies. He now takes that passion & learning to the classroom.

Believing that hands-on teaching is critical to the long-term success of students, he has invested in tools & techniques to bring the next level of instruction to each student.

Paul is a Mechanical Engineer by trade. He has over 14 years of teaching experience in various vocations, such as Sunday School, University Teaching Assistantships, and training interns in industry. He is no stranger to giving engaging lectures and presentations. Paul has had his MN Permit to Carry since 2015. Target shooting and pheasant hunting are a few of his hobbies outside of defensive techniques & teaching.
