What You'll Learn
This class is ideal for travelers who want to carry their firearms across multiple state lines with confidence and legal compliance.
Maryland Wear and Carry is now available to both residents and non-residents. As a "Shall Issue" state, Maryland no longer requires applicants to demonstrate a "good and substantial reason" to carry a concealed firearm.
Washington, D.C. also operates under a "Shall Issue" policy for both residents and non-residents, as long as there are no disqualifying factors on the applicant’s record.
For broader legal coverage, you may also choose from one of the following multi-state non-resident concealed carry permits: Utah, Arizona, Florida, or Virginia. When combined with your Maryland and D.C. permits, this can provide legal carry reciprocity in 35+ states.

Concealed Carry and Home Defense Fundamentals is a comprehensive classroom course for anyone considering owning or carrying a firearm for self-defense. If you are new to handguns, this is a great introduction to everything you need to know to start your self-protection journey.
This course is a complete guide to understanding the basics of firearms ownership, safety, and nomenclature, and how it applies to home- or self-defense. After this class, students will feel confident to act as their family’s first line of defense in the event of a home invasion or other critical incident.

Fingerprinting available at this location: Ranges are at separate locations and are paid directly by the student. Information will be provided upon scheduling. (LIVE FIRE) Range fee is separate from class enrollment. Range admission is $25. Please bring a minimum of 50 rounds of ammunition for your qualifying firearm. If you do not currently have a firearm for your live fire qualification, one can be provided in either 9mm or 22 cal.(includes ammunition)
