What You'll Learn
Attention Mama Bears! Ready to get your Idaho Enhanced Concealed Weapons Permit? This ladies-only course offers more than the standard Idaho ECWP training, you'll enjoy female-focused training, with fun giveaways and prizes!
Come learn with the support of other like minded women. In addition to completing the requirements for the Idaho ECCW, we also touch on topics such as safe storage, CCW Insurance, and offer tips for keeping your child safer on line.
When you enroll in this course, you’ll not only complete the training required for your Idaho Enhanced Concealed Weapons Permit — you’ll also be supporting a worthy cause. A portion of the course proceeds will be donated to The Innocent to help continue their mission of protecting children and bringing offenders to justice.
The Innocent is a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting children from sex trafficking, exploitation, and sexual assault by equipping law enforcement agencies with training, technology, and resources to proactively combat child sex crimes across the United States.
This comprehensive course exceeds the requirements of Idaho Code 18-3302K, enabling students to apply for an Idaho Enhanced Concealed Weapons Permit.
Our students spend the morning in the classroom with our highly trained certified instructors learning about multiple topics. These topics include: - Idaho and Federal Law - The Legal Use of Force - Developing a Personal Protection Plan - Defensive Shooting Fundamentals - Violent Encounters & the Aftermath - Live-Fire Range & More! We welcome questions and encourage student interaction during this course!
Additionally, our students will spend the afternoon on an outdoor live-fire range with our certified instructors. On the range, we work with our students to complete the qualification requirements, through a variety of defensive shooting fundamentals drills. We purposefully cultivate a beginner friendly environment, where safety is paramount.
Upon successful completion of this course, our students will receive a USCCA Certificate of Completion as well as the State of Idaho Training Certificate necessary for obtaining the Idaho Enhanced Concealed Weapons Permit.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled class start time may choose between a full refund or a transfer of the class fee to a future scheduled class within one calendar year at no cost pending availability. * Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled class start time may transfer the class fee to a future scheduled class within one calendar year at no cost pending availability but will not be eligible for a refund. * Any no show with no call will result in no refund. A transfer of the class fee to a future scheduled class will be at the discretion of the Instructor. * All class fees collected where the class was not attended by the payee will be forfeited after 365 days of the originally scheduled class. * In cases where the student failed to comply with the course requirements, there will be no refunds. * In cases where the class has been attended, there will be no refunds.

Concealed Carry and Home Defense Fundamentals is a comprehensive classroom course for anyone considering owning or carrying a firearm for self-defense. If you are new to handguns, this is a great introduction to everything you need to know to start your self-protection journey.
This course is a complete guide to understanding the basics of firearms ownership, safety, and nomenclature, and how it applies to home- or self-defense. After this class, students will feel confident to act as their family’s first line of defense in the event of a home invasion or other critical incident.
Additional Notes from Your Instructor
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class start time to ensure paperwork is completed. Pastries, light snacks, and water will be provided in the morning. Please bring a sack lunch. Due to the proximity of the range, time will be allotted to eat, but there is not enough time to have lunch off site.
