    "Cindy, this was the original course that we changed to be a range day and rescheduled. You were automatically sent an email to review after we closed out the class despite not taking it. I am disappointed to hear that after successfully completing all other classes you now feel we are a one-star, terrible business. We strive hard to maintain our 5-Star service. The instructor has been trying to work with you to find a time that works for you to complete the last class and set up the range. From my understanding he was messaging and calling the wrong number for a little while, but that has now been corrected. In addition to waiting for a specially scheduled date, you are welcome to select any of the "Developing a Home Safety Plan" classes on the current schedules, just let us know.  Thank you and sorry for inconvenience, have a blessed day Dutch"
