This is a Virtual Self-Paced Course - You can Register for ANY date. You have 60 Days to complete both components. This is a Blended Learning Virtual Self-Paced Course - You can Register for ANY date. You have 60 Days to complete both components. This Virtual Section is a Self-Paced Course designed to accommodate those with busy schedules who are looking to get their CWP for the state of Florida. There is a Classroom and Live-Fire Component to this course. Open to ALL Skill Levels You MUST to complete the Online portion before the Live-Fire to get your certificate. The course will meet Florida requirements to apply for a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit. We will cover Handgun Basics, and Florida specific regulations around the Conceal Carry Weapons Permit. In addition, you will learn situational awareness strategy, personal protection plans, and home defense fundamentals. You will ONLY be scheduled for Live-Fire after the Online portion is completed. Scheduling is Flexible The Live-Fire portion will include either the firearm you bring or with my semi-automatic handgun chambered in .22LR for range qualification.
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded.
What We'll Teach
Florida Concealed Carry & Home Defense Fundamentals
In this course you will learn about the main topics pertaining to the carrying of handguns in the state of Florida. The overall objective of this course is to educate students on the responsibilities and laws applicable to handgun license holders. Before attending the in-person class, you must complete the assigned eLearning accessible through your USCCA dashboard.
