Following our USCCA Proving Ground scenario-based training videos, we have had some questions about the importance of such training and the possibility that it could make the trainees focus only on one thing.
Scenario-based training allows the trainer to provide a series of building blocks upon which the trainee can expand his or her knowledge. Good role players ensure those building blocks are in place and actually direct the training. Every scenario is different and provides multiple training opportunities.
