What resources does USCCA provide to the public?

As a member of the public, you can take advantage of our online communities on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter.

Is my information protected if I am a USCCA Member?

Your information is ALWAYS kept confidential when you join the USCCA or sign up for any of our free educational materials.

Does the USCCA sell email addresses to other companies?

The USCCA never sells email addresses or information of any kind to other companies. Protecting the privacy or our members and supporters is a top priority.

Is my information going to be given to the government?

The USCCA is not a government-run nor government-affiliated entity and does not share your information with anyone. However, the U.S. government already has a list of everyone who holds a concealed carry permit or who has purchased a firearm through an FFL. In the event of the government subpoenaing records, the USCCA will work to protect your information to the best of our ability. We will not readily turn this information over to anyone.

Does the USCCA charge tax?

Delta Defense, the official service provider of the USCCA, complies with all state sales tax laws and may apply sales tax where applicable.

If your state has a tax that is applicable to goods and services, tax will be automatically calculated and applied to your purchase after you enter your address in the cart.

If your state’s tax laws change, you may see those new tax charges in the middle of a subscription or membership.

Where can I find information about concealed carry reciprocity and gun laws in my state?

You can check your concealed carry permit reciprocity and learn about every state’s CCW and gun laws with the USCCA’s free Concealed Carry Reciprocity and Gun Law Map.

Can the USCCA help me get my concealed carry permit?

Although the USCCA is not a government agency and therefore does not supply concealed carry permits, we have a nationwide network of certified firearms instructors who can help you fulfill the educational requirements needed to obtain your permit.

Does the USCCA provide firearms classes?

The USCCA Training Division has designed and delivered classes to thousands of certified firearms instructors across the country. You can access this network of instructors to find a safe and reliable class near you, allowing you to follow your state's requirements for getting your concealed carry permit. 

Does the USCCA provide concealed carry certification?

The USCCA is proud to both provide and train certified concealed carry instructors.

What is the USCCA’s position on LGBT rights?

The USCCA believes all individuals, regardless of race, color, religion, age, national origin or ancestry, sex, pregnancy, veteran status, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, economic status, political affiliation and/or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws, have the right to effective self-defense. Along with the right to self-defense, the USCCA further believes it is the responsibility of every armed citizen to maintain a level of training that will insure any self-defense actions are carried out within the bounds of applicable laws as set forth by our elected representatives. The USCCA further believes that all persons, regardless of race, color, religion, age, national origin or ancestry, sex, pregnancy, veteran status, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, economic status, political affiliation and/or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws, should have the ability to receive the best legal counsel available during any investigation into a use of force for self-defense. All responsibly armed citizens should be treated fairly and equally.
