These are all important questions that pop up during this surveillance video of an actual carjacking attempt. The bad guy gets ventilated and that works for me, but this video is also great for training. Maybe pretending to surrender while you get into position to shoot would work better.

After the shooting stops, seek cover! Don’t just walk up to the bad guy; he may decide to start shooting again! Move to cover, call police, and wait for help.
