How to Login to Your USCCA Account

Hi, guys. Welcome to the USCCA. I'm Caitlin over in the member's services center. Today I'm gonna show you how to log in to your USCCA online account, and access some of your membership information.

Okay. To start, simply go to your address bar and type, then hit enter. This will take you to our homepage. Now, you can access your account by selecting this log in option. After you've selected the log in option you'll be able to enter your email and password to access your account. If you forgot your password, just click forgot your password. Here, you can enter your contact information to reset your password. Now, just submit your request and instructions to reset your password will be sent to your email.

Once you've retrieved that, you can return to your log in dashboard. All right, now that you have your access information you can enter your email address, and password, then click to enter your account.

You're now in your secure member dashboard. Here you can see your membership information, your type of membership, your member number, and important renewal information. You can also manage your account settings.

Let's start with your account information. This is where you can edit your personal information. You can update your contact details, or you can change your log in information, and check your other important account details.

Now, if we return to your member dashboard, I can quickly show you a few other features you may wanna use. Just click back to return to your dashboard. Your member dashboard is also where you can update any changes to your billing information, review your order history, and explore all your USCCA benefits. There's online training and education. You can take advantage of exclusive discounts, or you can contact a member service's agent, like me.

Those are just a few of the things that you can access through our website. As you saw, there's a lot more that you can do on your member dashboard. Email any questions you have to, or you can give us a call at 1-877-677-1919.

I hope that helps, and thanks for joining me.
