How to Contact the USCCA


  1. Type in the address bar of your browser.
  2. In the upper right hand corner, you will see a “Customer Service” tab. Click on it.
  3. Once you click on the “Customer Service” tab, you will be directed to the Customer Service page.
  4. Here you will see several options for how to contact us:

By phone

    – Reach us by phone (1-877-677-1919) during our hours of operation (Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.)

Through live online chat

    – You will be able to chat with an agent during our business hours.

Via email

    – You can send an email to us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You will also be able to access our Frequently Asked Questions. You may be able to quickly find the answer to your question there.
